We're happy you have chosen to become a Partner on K4F and sell your materials on the Website.
The Website's Users may download your materials as soon as they become available on the site. The price of your materials will be determined by you.
For each paid download of your materials from the
Website, you will receive a 50 percent fee. Details for the revenues you have
accumulated will appear on the
'My Revenues'
section on your account.
The report is before the final calculation, from the profit will be
cleaning the fee of credit card Commission, Cancellation of transactions, etc.
Any Partner may request to be paid for his/her sales on the Website as soon as their balance has reached $150. This request, including your payment method of choice (bank check or PayPal) should be sent via the Payment Notice here. If you have chosen to be paid by a bank check, please include in the Notice the full details (full name and ID number), as well as the full address, of the person receiving the payment.
The payment will be forwarded to you under the laws and regulations that apply.
Additional Partners' Terms
A. K4F reserves the right to change the price of your materials as it sees fit, if it deems it too high or to low for the Website's purposes.
B. Any Partner who has uploaded over 100 karaoke videos or owns over 100 backing tracks and would like to upload them on the site, may apply to become a Golden Partner. A Golden Partner receives additional revenues from VIP Users and viewings of his/hers Karaoke Videos. If you comply with the above requirements, you may apply to become a Golden Partner here.
C. Please note that each uploaded file becomes subject to our Terms of Use and you must own the rights for each file you upload to the Website.
D. If a Partner's/Golden Partner's balance has not reached $150 within a year of their becoming Partners/Golden Partners on the Website, their balance will be reset at $0.
E. Once you become a Partner/Golden Partner, you must comply with the Website's Terms of Use, otherwise you risk termination of your Partnership and access to the Website.
